Suitable with spaghetti, pennette etc.
Melt the butter in a pan or pot. Add the onions and garlic and cook gently or about 5 mins until softened but not browned.
Add the carrot and marrow, tomato puree and 2 spoonful of warm water. Bring gently to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins.
Add the tomatoes and the minced meat. Season with the salt, pepper, curry powder and thyme.
Simmer for 30 mins on low heat.
Add to boiled pasta. Enjoy.
With macaroni: Mix sauce with pasta in a large pot. Add two eggs and grated cheese and put in an oven. Bake for 45 mins - 1 hr at 200 deg.
